The following principles were taken into account while preparing this Agropolitan development:
- Sustainability: In ensuring sustainability, 70% of the Agropolitan population’s income were generated within the Agropolitan economic activities.
- Meeting Community Social needs: The development area will be able to cope up with the social needs and life styles of the community due to the effect on Increase in household Income.
- Financial Independent: The development shall not be a burden to the Government for development and maintenance of these Agropolitant area and population.
- Green Ethic: With the tag “World Go Green”, all activities within the Agropolitant must adhere to “Green” ethic at all time.
- Green Economy: A New Industry is Developing – “Green” based Industries
- Enlarging the Cake: Providing opportunities for the existing stakeholders while allowing new players into the market
- All win situation: The technology and program were designed to maximise impact on the economy https://canceltimesharegeek.com/, environment and stakeholders including cross border initiatives that allow participation of all parties in the Agropolitan development and equity.
- Embrace Technology: Capitalising on latest technologies available in every aspect of the development including IBS and ICT
- Life Long Education: The knowledge of the community will be constantly updated with respect to both technical and self-development
